Where Professional Project Leadership Meets Mountain Craftsmanship

Building a custom home should be one of life’s most rewarding experiences, not one filled with uncertainty.

After more than 30 years leading complex construction projects, I realized many homeowners receive less communication and project leadership than the corporate clients I served throughout my career.

That never made sense to me.

At TCS Crafted Homes, we believe families deserve the same level of planning, transparency, and accountability when building their dream home. That’s why we’ve built our process around clear communication, proactive leadership, and a commitment to earning our clients’ trust every step of the way.

A Different Building Experience

My clients are not simply looking for a contractor.

They are looking for a trusted partner who treats their home as if it were his own. Someone who communicates proactively, solves problems before they become costly surprises, and provides clarity throughout every stage of the process.

Every project begins by understanding the homeowner’s vision, priorities, and goals. From there, communication becomes one of the most important parts of the experience.

Clients always know where their project stands, what decisions are coming next, and what challenges may be needed to be addressed long before they become problems.

The result is a building process that feels organized, transparent, and predictable even when custom construction is anything but simple.

Built on Maine Values

I was raised in Maine, where trust was earned, not advertised. A person’s word mattered. Handshakes meant something and relationships were built through honesty, hard work, and doing what you said you were going to do.

Those values remain at the center of every home we build.

More Than a House

At TCS Crafted Homes, we believe exceptional homes are created through more than quality materials and skill craftsmanship.

  • The are built through trust.

  • They are built through communication.

  • They are built through relationships.

Our goal is to create a custom home experience that combines professional project leadership with old-fashioned accountability giving homeowners confidence, clarity, and peace of mind from the first conversation to the day they receive their keys.

Because while homes are built with wood, stone, and steel, they are remembered for the trust that built them.
